Who we are
Daniel Edwin, trading as Wrenhive (sole trader) is responsible for your information (the "controller"). Contact: hello@wrenhive.co.uk.
What we collect and why
If you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use it only to reply and, if you go ahead, to provide the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who handles it for us
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages from the free mock-up form are delivered to me by Formspree, which may process them in the United States under appropriate safeguards. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
I keep mock-up requests and enquiries for up to 12 months if we don't go ahead, then delete them. If you become a client, I keep your records for 6 years after we finish working together, for tax purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising or tracking tools. If visit statistics are added, they'll be cookie-free and won't identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
